Idiots is the nicest word I can think off when it comes the guys who think they are the kings of our apartment building... It seems there still were some branches from the neighbouring garden growing too close to our garden (aka shitplace only rats can enjoy). So they removed them:
There was one tree where they simply cut off the whole top, and if you look closely at the picture you can see they simply threw the top over to the neighbours, leaving a totem pole.
Here a few more branches were removed too.
What an unbelievably childlike behaviour...
