The perfect bread.

I found the perfect bread. Nothing less. It is made of 500 g spelt flour, 100 g oat flakes, 1 ts salt 2 tablespoons oil, 6 dl cold water and 10 g fresh yeast. Combine everything the evening before you want to eat it. Pour (yes, that is the consistency) it into a bread tin, and leave it for the night, with a wet kitchen towel over it, at room temperature. Next morning put it into the lower part of a cold oven, set it on 200 degrees C. An hour and a half later you will have something like this:

It looks a bit dark and healthy (ewwwww....), but it tastes great. It has the perfect amount of moisture.

There has been a little bit of knitting as well.
